Hello ...

it's been a long time again ... Please forgive me, I was so busy the last month that I totally forgot my blog...
So... where was I?

I have several art projects going on at the moment. On one side there's my big monster project that's still not finished ... yeah -_- But I'm working hard on it and hope to complete it somewhen next week. Here are a few current images:

Drawing angels is something completely new to me and more difficult than I thought ... but ey, you need to try everything once in your life! And I've got an interesting idea in my mind: since this is a drawing for a song of an album with 12 songs (not gonna mention any names yet until I'm done with the first one ;)) I thought of making all of them into pictures like these and do an artbook of it ... what do you think about that idea? I'm just a bit in thoughts about the number of pages because it's only gonna be 12 drawings and some writing along with it I think about taking in another few images I attempt to draw for other songs of that band ... we'll see. Time will tell and so.

Then I had a commission inbetween, a warrior woman. I had also never drawn something like this before but it suited the new style I'm trying to do and so I gave it a shot. I think the result turned out pretty good. :)

And the other two are on the one hand a painting idea I've begun but don't know when I'll continue it ... and the other one is some sort of "facial expression study" I'm doing ... trying to learn something new by drawing something incredibly complicated ... And I call it a study because that way it isn't bad when I ruin it ^_^°

Yeah and besides that I'll soon do another book cover for my friend's 2nd part of her vampire novels ^^
