Getting there ... slowly.

Now, I've been quite productive the last days... the guitar pic is almost finished, only the control and neck of the guitar and the hair are missing. And I dreamed of certain persons again this night which made my inner voice poke me saying - hey, dig out that old painting and continue, maybe you're gonna finish it! And so I did. WIP's below:

So... well ^^ Probably there's gonna be at least one finished artwork in the next time then. I just can't seem to finish anything... I'm such a lazy ass -.- 

And the other thing I wanted to let you know - since there's been the flood here lately and I wanted to do something - I am selling 3 artworks for charity. The money will go completely to the flood victims here in bavaria. I wasn't able to help cleaning up the mess in the beginning of July cause I had my cracked toe and couldn't walk, so I wanna do something now by donating some money. So if you'd like to have one of those, please let me know :) These are the pics: 

I'm also atm working on a way to make my own high quality, classy looking prints, at least in A4. Never get good ideas when I see other artists doing stuff like making their own prints n stuff... xD Need to get me some printer ink first and then we'll see. 

Btw - because I talked about getting an E-guitar... my boss is gonna lend me his now :D A Fender Stratocaster if I'm not wrong <3 Very happy about that offer and can't wait to pick it up on the 21st when I go to see Susi and Dennis in Solnhofen :D :D 

Apropos Susi and Dennis - they made a video lately and I think you should see it x) Two of my best people, love them. 2nd Mom and brother :)

News from the south.

Hello me hearties,

Back from my "brothers"' concert on friday, been sleeping almost the whole saturday through ... Was a lot of fun again. I've even been given the honor to take the photos for this gig with a Nikon SLR - camera :D But I had to find out that even if you have a good camera, you apparently still need a lot of practise to get good photos out of it... I'm not quite satisfied with the outcome... -.- Still, if you wanna see the pics you can find them here.

For everything else...I've still got that poll going on on deviant art, please don't stop voting, lovelies! YOU decide which pic I'll draw next. If I can't get a clear result I will decide on my own or draw something else in the meantime... 

Btw - I'm thinking about getting myself an E-guitar somewhen in the next months... Been trying acoustic for a long time now and found that my fingers are just too short for that one so I'll now try it with the not so broad-necked electric version (besides that, those just sound much better since I'm a metalhead xD) I've already layed an eye on two beauties, I just can't decide if I'll get myself the BC Rich Warlock or the ESP (which would be more expensive but sounds better...) Ok, actually my dream would be this beauty. But way too expensive and great for a beginner like me xD Any musicians here who could give me advices? I've already asked one of my adopted brothers but couldn't get much info out of him ... But anyway. First saving some money and then we'll see. Until then my boss is so nice to lend me his Fender Stratocaster :D <3

So ... yeah everything's slowly going back into normal again, I have way too much to do these days to have bullshit in my head and it's good like it is. Let's see what the next weeks will bring.

I'm so damn excited xD Well and on the other side I know that I'll get rid of some more nerves there... but my inner voice insisted on going, so I'll go then. No why's and but's ... Maybe you get to see some good pics if I get to make some... 
And I need to watch out that this doesn't become as extreme as the last time when I liked a finnish band... -.- Well whatever this one doesn't seem to be as bad for my health as the last one... so I'll see then.

I also drag myself to draw now cause I wanna finish that damn pic until friday so I can take it with me to my people... but doesn't look good so far so I fear I won't make it....  

It's going forward, but slow. And that just because the foreground is unsharp... pretty hard to draw... still I try. Probably gonna work during the bit of day I got left on friday before my departure... we'll see. 

So far from me... know that the madness left me for a while... ok I'm hearing the songs but that's all at the moment, it's already been much much worse... so ... yeah I think I'll survive =)

I think my search finally came to an end, I know now what I want... but I will probably never reach that person, so once more it's all lost... My life hates me. And yet it's somewhat funny xD I'm so distracted I don't even find time for art anymore, I just scroll through forums and blogs in the www the whole night long... The whole world is just a bit unsharp at the moment. I feel like I've been shot with something.

And yet .. There is a question I have for you to answer... I did a poll.  Cause I just can't decide which pic I wanna draw next, so you have to do that for me... For all of you who are on deviant art - you can vote here, for all who don't have dA, I also did that poll on my facebook page, so you can vote as well =) I think I'll stay with those 6 pics now, couldn't find any more, good resolution photos I liked... -.-° Curious for your votes now =)

Well well ...

First thing I wanna say: I take back what I said in the entry from July 17th. (now deleted) Watched a few of the newer videos and actually didn't find them quite bad. It's different and it could be better but it's defintaly not crap. And I found a ton of old and newer stuff on my harddisk.

Our concert tickes have been dispatched today, can't wait to hold mine in my hands. After all these years it seems fandom has got me again xD No, I think this is gonna be very very cool. I already see myself standing there thinking - wow, they really exist.

And I just can't help myself, I think I'm developing some kind of guitar riff - love or something... same for awesome solos ... I just could hear it over and over again and drown in it... Love this one at the moment (Yeah, actually the guitar, not the voice xD):

So... yeah xDD Hearing it on repeat and full volume just cause I can't do any different <3 Sorry for the bad sound quality, had to post dailymotion cause it's blocked on youtube here in germany -.-

And once again it crosses my mind - in about 1 1/2 weeks I'm gonna see my "brothers" and their band again... in an area from where I have kinda bad memories... I think I'm gonna take this chance to solve a few of my past mistakes... and finally find peace. And after that maybe never return. I dunno yet. Just would be better for us all. I'll see then.

I found him!!

Just wanted to let you know, THIS is the guy I saw at the south kensington tube station in London :D Saw many street musicians in London, but this one has taken a place in my mind ... He's so goddamn awesome, those two songs I heard while waiting for my tube just blew me away. (Sounds much better when you're down there in the tube station, youtube can't show the amazingness of this guitar playing ..)

BTW - if you are that guitar player and see this entry: You should do youtube videos and get known more, cause you really got the skills! ('n probably leave a comment on here? =) ) Love it.

A few friends of mine were there, just waitin for the pics and reports now... 

Yeah I admit I'm still on it... despite all the shit a certain person told me (same as in the last entry who I think of has fooled me...) JD's a damn inspiration for me, I even took reference on his production company to name my own business, just so you know x) I wanted something in latin... xD That guy's probably one of the factors that keep my creativity alive and give me self esteem as an artist. And one of the reasons for my DVD collection getting bigger and bigger... xD So... yeah. One fine day I'll also make it to one of these premieres... nothing's impossible, even the impossible.

Oh I just couldn't let it be and finally did the layout I wanted after having a fight with my new router not willing to give me fast internet... packed the thing back into the box in which it came and set up the old one again... and see- everything works fine again.

So... Yeah I kinda admit I was somehow jealous of some other people's blogs, that's why I did this massive layout x) It's not perfect but well, I'm still an apprentice :) 

What belongs to the art - I decided to continue my mountain castle project ... sketched the castle yesterday but somehow the proportions aren't right and I think I'm gonna do it again... practise makes the master... whatever xD

Well then, hope you enjoy the new layout, cya =)

P.S.: Once more turned the layout upside down cause I found some stuff I didn't like xD but now it's all fixed <3
